Synopsis

The Justice League of America is called to investigate a series of strange animal attacks in Metropolis. The team soon discovers that the animals are being controlled by a mysterious energy source. The Justice League defeats the scientists and frees the animals. The team then learns that the energy source is a new form of radiation that has the potential to mutate animals into powerful creatures. The Justice League realizes that the radiation could be used for evil, so they decide to keep it a secret from the world.
